Your First Visit

First-time visitors at Pink Hill Chiropractic, will need to give us some information about their medical history and the nature of one's condition. This helps us provide you with the best possible care, that's tailored to your specific needs. 

Paperwork

The patient intake forms need to be filled out, without exception upon arrival. This will provide us with general information about you and your condition prior to one's visit. No worries, this can easily be accessed under the top tab labeled

'Patient Intake Forms'. 

Consultation

During your first consultation with the doctor, you will discuss any health-related issues and concerns. You will also learn about potential treatment options.

History and Examination
In order to pinpoint the problem, the doctor will ask you a number of questions related to your condition. A variety of targeted tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

Same-day Treatment

Patients will generally undergo their first treatment on their first visit after the examination. This may include spinal adjustments and physical therapy.

Home Instructions 
Before leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat applications, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises.
